A: Surely you mean faeces, but either way, no, it’s not supposed to be pronounced to sound like faeces. The correct pronunciation is Feh-sows, only without the harshness that the h normally gives to a sound. Fesoes is taken from a mutated combination of my first and last name, so it’s not very nice to be told it sounds like poo-poo :(
