Scaley
Scaley the Lizard
Scaley is one of my most cherished soft toys. He is a (damaged) Lizard Beanie Baby, whose date of birth is apparently 9th February, 1999, and who is apparently a retired design. His official name is Scaly, but I think it looks a bit strange without that extra e.
As far as collectors are concerned, he/it is probably worthless. His tongue has been pulled off through use and abuse, and his tag has been removed, as you can see in the photo. I do not mind too much, because he has more sentimental value to me, because he is my traveling partner.
Anywhere I have gone, since owning him, he has gone with me, and it wasn't until my father suggested it to me when I started uni, that it seemed like a good idea to take photos of him in the places where I have been. So that is what I will do, and this is what this page is for.
